2 double rooms available in a 3 bedroom end terrace house in a popular area. Quiet cul de sac location. The house has a shared living room, bathroom, kitchen/diner. There’s car parking on the drive for 1 more car and off road parking within the close. The house is situated 5 minutes away from Fosse Park and the M1 Junction 21.

All bills are included in the price, rent is on a rolling monthly basis with a one month notice period. Minimum stay is 3 months. The house comes equipped with washing machine, gas central heating, bath/shower, fire alarms, carbon monoxide detector, fridge/freezer, super fast broadband (385mbps), TV with Sky Sports and Sky Movies, kitchen utensils, electric cooker/hob, and furniture in the communal areas.

We will have the third room but will be living elsewhere and returning once a month.

We have two dogs so pets will be considered as long as they get on with ours when we stay occasionally.

POLITE NOTICES:

This is a house, not a self storage facility.

Guests are welcome to come over as long as they respect the house, its kept to a minimum and doesn’t cause any disruption.

I’ve heard every sob story in the book… if you can’t pay your rent each month then we shouldn’t be wasting each others time.

This is a residential property, no businesses.

No couples.
