Yes, all tenants are required to sign a minimum 3 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, but on some rare occasions we will accept less. You can download a sample of this here on our downloads page.
Photographic ID: Passport (or birth certificate if you don’t have one) and Driving License (if you have one).
A completed ‘Tenant Particulars‘ form (available from our downloads page).
Your current address and contact details for your current landlord.
A written reference from your employer.
A Character Reference.
Yes, we include Gas, Electricity, Water, and Council Tax. All rooms have High Speed WI-FI Internet from Virgin Media included in the bills too. There is also a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks to clean the shared areas.
We accept full-time working professionals, people who can prove that they are employed. We do check this with the employer.
We regret that we are unable to accept those who are unemployed, students or those on Job Seekers / DSS or other benefits.
I’m afraid we do not accept more than one person occupying a bedroom because the facilities in the houses are not setup for more than this.
Individual Bedrooms furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, carpet or laminate, curtains and TV aerial point.
Shared Living Room with a sofa, table and chairs.
Shared Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Shared Kitchen with cooker, hob, washing machine, 2 fridges (1-2 shelves per tenant), 2 freezers (1-2 shelves per tenant), microwave, sink and at least 2 cupboards for each tenant.
I’m afraid we do not allow any kind of pet(s).
We accept tenants which smoke, but only outside.
Yes, all our properties have free on-street parking. We have never struggled to find a space close to them.
